Among its key innovations are the Closed Loop Referral system, which verifies community health worker (CHW) patient referrals, better protocols for distributing HIV self-tests, and Predictive Analytics to identify households in need of medical attention. A significant aspect of their ongoing efforts is the Client Initiated Health Assessment (CIHA), a home-based self-triage platform that links patients and caregivers with local CHWs for initial health screenings.
