Summary
RTI International and JSI initiated the Global Open Facility Registry (GOFR) project in Guinea to establish integrated Master Facility Registries (MFR). Key efforts included developing software tools for facility reconciliation and assisting health ministries in MFR practices. Achievements involved defining requirements for the reconciliation tool, creating a facility registry management manual, and implementing a DHIS2 account request process. A report analyzing health facility data was also produced, and the Ministry of Health's ICT and SNIS teams received training on the GOFR reconciliation tool. Additionally, the project improved DHIS2 by adding sub-districts to the organizational hierarchy, focusing on various health areas.
