The digital health intervention aimed at improving health workforce governance in Kaduna and Niger states, aligning with the Primary Health Care Under One Roof (PHCOUR) policy. It involved developing a roadmap to centralize the governance and management of Primary Health Care Human Resources for Health (HRH), including payroll processes, within the Primary Health Care Development Board/Agency. A significant achievement of this initiative was the creation of a Human Resources for Health Information System (HRH-IS). The focus areas of the intervention included health promotion and other related aspects.
