Summary
BornFyne is a mobile app designed to enhance prenatal management through a real-time system (PNMS) that features six functionalities—four online and two offline—supporting up to ten modules. The offline features emphasize health promotion, providing family planning messages in local dialects and medical advice on public health issues like COVID-19. Online functions enable antenatal, pain management, emergency response, and postnatal care, linking users with healthcare providers. The PNMS gathers comprehensive patient data to aid in clinical decision-making and emergency navigation, while also promoting behavioral change via audio messages and graphics. This approach enhances service delivery, encourages timely interventions, and ultimately improves the quality of maternal and child healthcare, focusing on areas such as vaccination, maternal and child health, sexual and reproductive health, communicable diseases, and health promotion.
