The project aims to develop a data sharing concept for designated border facilities to facilitate a digital interoperable cross-border health management information system (HMIS) between Kenya and Uganda. This initiative arises from the recognized need among stakeholders to create a protocol for sharing health data, ensuring it operates within a suitable regulatory and policy framework. The key health focus areas include health promotion and other relevant sectors.
