Quarterly reports for PEPFAR and the Ministry of Health (MoH) require validation due to common issues such as data entry errors, missing records, and uncleaned data. To enhance this validation process, a validation box has been introduced to ensure report completion, and to assess both internal and external consistency and accuracy through AI algorithms. This tool confirms that all necessary reports are submitted and compares totals in disaggregated reports. By leveraging machine learning, it predicts plausible outcomes based on historical data, facilitating accurate validation of current results. If the reports meet validation criteria, they are automatically forwarded to the M&E/SI&E team for further analysis in PowerBI for DHA and PEPFAR submissions, focusing on health areas like communicable diseases.
