NoviGuide was created to address neonatal care challenges first identified in eastern Congo, where health workers struggled to consistently follow complex clinical guidelines. This led to the development of a dynamic clinical decision support system (CDSS) that provides real-time, point-of-care guidance to improve guideline adherence. NoviGuide helps clinicians deliver higher-quality care while optimizing the use of limited resources. The platform supports CDSS projects in low- and middle-income countries across newborn care (0–28 days), pediatrics, and sexually transmitted infections, with pediatric epilepsy coming soon. NoviGuide is also deployed in U.S. neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) projects.
