The project aims to enhance Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) infrastructure by implementing an electronic Integrated Disease Surveillance and Response (eIDSR) system for real-time tracking and reporting of notifiable diseases. Key activities include improving border health surveillance, optimizing national EMRs for surveillance, developing an eIDSR management dashboard, deploying the integrated system at selected health facilities, and providing capacity building and ongoing support. The health focus areas encompass non-communicable diseases (NCDs), chronic conditions and disabilities, vaccination/immunization, sexual and reproductive health, communicable diseases, maternal and child health, skin diseases, injuries, and cancer.
