The goal of this initiative is to identify and implement innovative strategies that address barriers on both the demand and supply sides affecting care-seeking behaviors, efficient referrals, and the provision of quality maternal and newborn health services in the slum areas of Kampala. The focus will particularly be on emergencies within these health services.
