Summary
CO FREE ZONE has introduced FREE LIFE, an innovative digital platform in Ukraine designed to improve access to public health information for prisoners, particularly those affected by HIV, TB, and HCV. This resource combines information from various medical, social, and administrative service providers into a user-friendly web and mobile application, available on both the App Store and Google Play. By consolidating previously scattered information, FREE LIFE ensures users receive real-time updates on vital health resources. The project aims to reach 2.5 to 3 million unique users and plans to integrate into government systems while expanding to global health initiatives. CO FREE ZONE is collaborating with Ukraine's public health agencies to enhance penitentiary healthcare reforms, focusing on areas such as non-communicable diseases, maternal and child health, sexual and reproductive health, communicable diseases, mental health, and emergency responses.
