We are working with health systems and partners to create and evaluate a technology-driven care delivery model designed to improve health outcomes. By combining our global expertise with local knowledge, our initiatives in the US aim to greatly impact community health. This strategy prioritizes community-based care and addresses social determinants of health, with a particular focus on non-communicable diseases (NCDs).
