HERA is a digital health platform catering to Syrian refugees in Turkey, offering crucial prenatal care and childhood vaccinations. In March 2020, the platform broadened its services to include a COVID-19 response, targeting women and children with updated educational content on protection measures. This expansion has allowed HERA to successfully engage 75% of its user base for symptomatic assessments. The platform focuses on various health areas, including communicable diseases, sexual and reproductive health, and other relevant health issues.
