The GSMA, in collaboration with CABI and local experts, has developed open-source mobile content focused on nutrition and maternal, neonatal, and child health (MNCH) for Uganda. This content is available in several languages, including Luganda, Rukiga, Atesot, Langi, and English, with substantial contributions from the Ministry of Health for its development and validation. The materials include topic-specific factsheets, SMS messages, and voice message transcripts, all aligned with recommended local practices, emphasizing maternal and child health as well as health promotion.
