Pathfinders has transitioned to the DHIS2 system, replacing its proprietary in-house system, which facilitates project reporting on various indicators that inform both project-specific and global organizational metrics. The majority of Pathfinder's data is now managed within DHIS2, with data entry performed through direct input, automatic integrations, and Android capture. Future plans include an integration with the Ministry of Health (MoH), while the current setup uses the BAO integration driver for projects with their own DHIS2 systems to centralize data. BAO has been instrumental in system discovery, architecture, configuration, legacy data migration, training, deployment, and now continues to provide hosting and support services. Pathfinders focuses on health areas including maternal and child health, communicable diseases, and sexual and reproductive health.
