The National Health Insurance Fund (CNAM) has introduced an interactive application named E-CNAM, which features two interfaces: one for health resource managers and another for insured patients. Patients registered under the national health insurance can utilize this platform to track the progress of their files, modify their care systems, select a family doctor, and access medication sponsorship decisions. Health resource managers also benefit from E-CNAM, as it provides various facilitating services, including the electronic transfer of invoices.
