The eRegistry collects service information about pregnant mothers, including infant outcomes and other pertinent details. Community health personnel, including Community Health Care Providers (CHCP), Health Assistants (HA), Family Welfare Assistants (FWA), Family Welfare Visitors (FWV), Sub-Assistant Community Medical Officers (SACMO), and other community health workers (CHW), are tasked with entering this data to promote continuity of care at higher-level facilities. The key health focus areas include maternal and child health, as well as mental health.
