Community Health Workers (CHWs) utilize tablets equipped with the CommCare Android app for efficient data collection and entry, ensuring real-time syncing and storage on the server after data collection. The system focuses on multiple health areas, including chronic conditions and disabilities, health promotion, injuries, communicable diseases, mental health, sexual and reproductive health, maternal and child health, and other health-related concerns.
