The Collective Minds Digital Ecosystem (CMDE) addresses this need by providing anonymous and accessible resources that encourage young people to discuss mental health without stigma. CMDE features include mental health assessments, personalized recommendations, online counseling, and appointment booking, all developed through user participatory workshops. This innovative platform enhances mental health support by incorporating gamification and suicide prevention tools while also collecting data for continuous improvement.
