A pilot study evaluated the feasibility and acceptability of an mHealth intervention designed to complement classroom training for health workers with educational text messages. The goal was to improve their understanding and adherence to national guidelines for administering intermittent preventive treatment of malaria in pregnancy (IPTp). The evaluation has been completed, and plans are in progress to explore possibilities for scaling up the intervention.
