Cordaids has created a system to evaluate the impact of its advocacy efforts via the Jeune S3 program, which targets changes in organizations, policies, and government behaviors concerning adolescent sexual and reproductive health. The program is active in Cameroon, the Central African Republic (CAR), and the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), operating in both tracker and aggregate domains. This initiative is implemented in collaboration with BAO Systems, with a specific focus on sexual and reproductive health.
