The project aims to effectively manage COVID-19 patients and compile essential statistics for reporting. It employs the Tracker Capture app to oversee COVID-19 suspects and their contacts through five critical stages: screening, contact monitoring, case investigation, case monitoring, and contact tracing. Furthermore, alerts are documented via a data entry app across facilities nationwide, with a particular focus on communicable diseases.
