eRegister plans to digitize the HIV ART card and TB cab, establishing a digital register for TB and ART. This initiative will enhance the quarterly reporting of presumptive TB cases and monthly HIV care and treatment reports to DHIS2. Once fully operational nationwide, and with a shared health records layer across facilities, eRegister aims to develop into a comprehensive Electronic Medical Records system. The primary focus areas include Communicable diseases, Sexual and Reproductive Health, and Maternal and Child Health.
