mHealth is a digital health platform aimed at empowering community health workers and primary healthcare facilities in underserved regions. Operating fully offline with real-time GSM synchronization, it ensures uninterrupted service delivery without the need for internet access. The platform integrates various functions, including patient case management, vaccination tracking, maternal and child health monitoring, and logistics management, which facilitates data-driven decision-making. By enhancing efficiency, decreasing medicine stock-outs, and providing certified training to local health workers, mHealth ensures accessible and sustainable health services for vulnerable populations. By 2026, it aims to serve 1 million people across five districts in the Poro region. The project targets to enable 90% of community health workers to manage patient care and vaccinations digitally by 2025, achieve 95% real-time data reporting, and cut medicine stock-outs by 50% through better logistics. Furthermore, 500 health workers and supervisors will receive training in mHealth to ensure the initiative's long-term success. Key health focus areas include Primary Health Care, Maternal and Child Health, Vaccination/Immunization, Health Promotion, and Sexual and Reproductive Health, with a target population comprising children under five, pregnant women, rural women, and newborns.
