Its key features include the preparation of annual indentations by store in-charges, the generation and finalization of Bills of Quantification (BoQ), placement of purchase orders, tracking supplies, requisitioning and issuing supplies to health facility units, and mobilizing excess supplies through notifications. The system also provides alerts for items nearing expiration, monitors minimum stock levels, and generates various reports. Furthermore, it allows for data import/export using Excel, which aids in BoQ generation and the loading of purchase orders from selected suppliers. The primary health focus areas of the system include mental health.
