THAP, developed by Zenysis Technologies in partnership with the Togo Ministry of Health, is a data integration platform designed to consolidate information from various isolated systems. This tool supports the National Malaria Program (PNLP) in Togo by analyzing malaria transmission patterns, allowing for targeted interventions and improved supply chain efficiency, with the ultimate goal of reducing the burden of malaria. The platform specifically addresses health issues related to communicable diseases.
