In 2012, ZMQ launched MIRA Channel, a mobile platform designed to provide health communication and services to rural women in low-resource regions. The platform addresses key areas such as prenatal care, child immunization, newborn care, family planning, and adolescent health, all aimed at improving maternal and child health through the RMNCH+A approach. Its primary health focus areas include vaccination/immunization and maternal and child health.
