The Quarantine Health Record Management and Surveillance System (QHRMS) has been developed for Sri Lanka's Ministry of Health to modernize health record management by transitioning from a paper-based system to a fully automated online platform. The system captures and stores data from all sea and air ports in Sri Lanka, analyzes real-time data based on quarantine requirements, and generates reports and alerts. This enhances national health surveillance efforts in the country, focusing on areas such as health promotion and other health-related initiatives.
