Summary
Mozambique faces a persistent shortage of trained health professionals. In response, the Ministry of Health has created a network of 18 Health Training Institutions to offer specialized training in various health fields. To improve access to information regarding training outputs and efficiency, the Ministry developed the SIFIn (Sistema de Informação para Formação Inicial) information system. This system serves as an academic registrar, managing student and faculty information effectively at each institution.
