The Deputy Director General of Health Services - Medical Services II (DDG MS II) is responsible for managing and coordinating Medical Officers in the state health sector. To enhance the efficiency of medical personnel management, the Human Resource Management Information System project has been initiated. This project aims to establish a centralized web-based database for Grade Medical Officers within the Ministry of Health, which will enable faster and fair mobilization of doctors. Additionally, it will handle promotion applications for medical officers and dental surgeons and facilitate online applications for appointments and transfers. The project addresses various health focus areas among others.
