The Sauti Project, funded by the U.S. President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief and implemented by the U.S. Agency for International Development, partners with the Tanzanian Ministry of Health to deliver community-based HIV and reproductive health services to key and vulnerable populations (KVPs) in 12 regions. The initiative specifically targets KVPs and other individuals in Tanzania who are disproportionately affected by HIV. It also incorporates a digital health component that employs mobile data collection to improve access and efficiency in service delivery, focusing on health promotion and communicable diseases.
