Summary
OpenLDR is a comprehensive repository for all laboratory test data collected in the country through the Disalab LIMS, encompassing all tests conducted since the implementation of Disalab/DisaPOC/DisaLink. This platform also facilitates the integration of laboratory testing data from various other systems. Currently, it supports custom reporting for a range of applications, including diagnostic network optimization, reagent quantification, HIV infection recency surveillance, and wastewater surveillance. Additionally, OpenLDR provides one-directional integration for systems, like the Viral Respiratory Diseases Surveillance System, that are interested only in querying results. The national instance is hosted at the Ministry of Health headquarters, with optional local laboratory instances available. Key health focus areas include Maternal and Child Health, Health Promotion, Oral Health, Emergencies, Environmental Health, Sexual and Reproductive Health, and Communicable Diseases.
