Summary
OpenELIS (OE) Global is a laboratory data management system designed to streamline workflow and integrate with common analyzers in public health and clinical laboratories. Geared primarily towards clinical lab personnel, the upcoming release (v8.2) in summer 2018 will include integration with electronic medical records through OpenMRS (iSantéPlus) and connectivity to OpenHIE (SEDISH). The system is currently being actively implemented in Côte d'Ivoire, with a focus on managing communicable diseases.
