Summary
The CITI intervention aims to provide case management support for HIV positive clients by connecting them to HIV treatment through harm reduction initiatives. It employs peer navigation and community support to assist active drug users in starting and maintaining their treatment. Launched in December 2019, the CITIapp is a cloud-based data management system that facilitates case management for HIV prevention and treatment. Its key features include streamlined data collection and analysis, paperless operation, and ongoing client follow-up. Developed by ICF Alliance for Public Health with support from PEPFAR CDC and the Global Fund, the app tracks vital health indicators and treatment outcomes, focusing on communicable diseases.
